We are seeking to appoint an Administration and Reprographics Apprentice. The postholder will work in our school office supporting the team and ensuring that all school resources required by the teaching staff and management are prepared in time for class.


Responsibilities will include photocopying and distributing materials across the school, preparing and printing exam papers, ensuring that printers and photocopiers are adequately stocked, and other general administrative duties across the school.


We are a mixed Comprehensive School for 11-19 year old students of all ability ranges, where everyone works and learns within its caring and supportive environment.

 What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Good standard of literacy, numeracy and communication skills
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (minimum Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)
  • Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to cope with interruptions
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Office administration experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent typing/PC skills to include Microsoft Office/Office 365
