Position: Operations Helpdesk Assistant

Salary: TSAT Band C (£16,500-£18,500)
Hours: 37 hours per week - 52 weeks per year

Working as part of the Trust's Operations department, the Helpdesk Administrator is to ensure that the Facilities and Information Technology teams and our customers are supported through the effective operation of the helpdesk service.
The position is an administrative role, and the post holder should be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player. They should demonstrate the willingness and flexibility to work across the department and have the ability to balance their workload. Along with developed PC skills and a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, the post holder should also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Full training will be provided on Trust's helpdesk application, and operating procedures.
